In-flow Stability and Flow Drag Reduction Performance of Resident Electrolyzed Microbubble Array
Aiming at the problem of stable high-efficiency underwater drag reduction for the vehicle surface, an experimental study on the flow drag reduction performance of autostable electrolyzed microbubble array was carried out. The test piece of electrode-wall

On the theory of multiple encapsulated microbubbles interaction: Effect of lipid shell thickness
Encapsulated microbubbles are empty, micrometer-sized, spherical bubbles, typically micron which are used in many applications as lipid-shells in soft tissues.

Pharmaceutical delivery can be noninvasively targeted on-demand by microbubble (MB) assisted focused ultrasound (FUS). Passive cavitation detection (PCD) has become a useful method to obtain real-time feedback on MB activity due to a FUS pulse.

Methods for Rapid Characterization of Tunable Microbubble Formulations
To optimize microbubble formulations for clinical applications, the size distribution, concentration, and acoustic intensity must be rapidly measurable to allow for the successful iteration of microbubble design. In this paper, a comprehensive method was

Optical microbubble resonator [PDF]
We develop a method for fabricating very small silica microbubbles having a micrometer-order wall thickness and demonstrate the first optical microbubble resonator. Our method is based on blowing a microbubble using stable radiative CO(2) laser heating rather than unstable convective heating in a flame or furnace.
