Correlation Between the New Bite Force Meter and GC Dental Prescale II
Journal of Oral Rehabilitation, Volume 53, Issue 6, Page 1177-1186, June 2026.This study evaluated a new one‐sided bite force meter (OBM‐01). In healthy and older adults, the device showed good reliability and moderate correlation with Dental Prescale II measurements. Habitual chewing side bite force was significantly higher, suggesting OBM‐01 may be useful for assessing oral function in clinical settings.
