Size-Adjustable Microdroplets Generation Based on Microinjection
Microinjection is a promising tool for microdroplet generation, while the microinjection for microdroplets generation still remains a challenging issue due to the Laplace pressure at the micropipette opening.

Aqueous Two‐Phase Bioinks for Discrete Packing and Compartmentalization of 3D Bioprinted Cells
Aqueous two‐phase systems (ATPS) enable the formation of biomimetic interfaces crucial for tissue engineering. However, clinical translation remains limited by the challenge of precisely controlling cellular compartmentalization. Here, we developed ATPS biomaterial inks for 3D bioprinting allowing tuneable droplet formation via NaCl modulation.

Interaction of levitating liquid microdroplets with intensive vapor flow near the contact line
In this research, interaction of liquid microdroplets with the air-vapor flow near the contact line (the three-phase solid - liquid - gas boundary) is studied. It is shown experimentally that the flight of levitating microdroplets from the wetted surface

Oligonucleotides form spontaneously through hot wet‐dry cycling of pure non‐activated nucleotides. No catalytic agents were added, and pH was naturally buffered by the nucleotides. Oligonucleotide formation was confirmed and quantified using mass spectrometry, spectroscopy and electrophoresis, establishing a solid baseline for the intrinsic extent of ...

Microdroplet Resuspension Off Surfaces
Understanding the resuspension of droplets from surfaces into air is important for elucidating a range of processes such as disease transmission of airborne pathogens and determining environmental contamination and the effectiveness of cleaning procedures. The resuspension condition is defined as the escape velocity of a droplet from a surface.

We produce a single microdroplet by inducing local phase separation of a temperature‐responsive ionic liquid aqueous solution under optical trapping conditions. As the droplet grows, molecules in the surrounding solution are extracted to the droplet. Upon droplet shrinkage, these molecules are released from the droplet. The molecular release process is
