A Theory of Geomagnetic Micropulsations I
A theory of one of several possible mechanisms responsible for micropulsations is presented. It is shown that hydromagnetic waves generated by an instability of the interface between solar wind and magnetosphere are transmitted through the magnetosphere and received on the surface of the earth as micropulsations.

Abstract Mixed‐phase clouds modulate the water and energy cycles of high‐latitude regions, yet their liquid‐ice phase partitioning has long been poorly simulated in climate models. Here, simulations of Arctic mixed‐phase clouds by the Simple Cloud‐Resolving E3SM Atmosphere Model (SCREAM) are assessed against large‐eddy simulations, satellite data, and ...

Integrated scFv identification and CAR T cell generation for AML targeting in vivo
What's new? Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a rapidly progressing blood cancer. Advancing chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies, particularly through rapid translation of single chain variable fragment (scFv) discovery into CAR constructs, may improve clinical outcomes, especially the development of patient individualized CAR T cells.

Optic neuropathy and glaucoma cause permanent visual deficits via retinal ganglion cell (RGC) loss and axon degeneration, affecting millions worldwide. Current treatments slow disease progression but cannot restore lost vision due to regeneration failure in adult RGCs.

Temporal evolution of electron-bunch length in macropulse of resonator-type free-electron lasers
Summary: Microbunching caused by free-electron laser (FEL) interactions in an electron bunch deforms the overall bunch shape. Recent reports indicate the timing of the electron bunch overlapping with the FEL micropulse affects deformation in resonator ...
