Multi‐band rectangular microstrip antennas
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2007AbstractConfigurations with slotted rectangular microstrip antennas using rectangular slot and half U‐slot cut inside the patch for multi‐band operation are proposed. Also, the multi‐port network models for these multi‐band rectangular microstrip antennas are proposed. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Multifunctional microstrip antennas
1985 Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium, 2005A microstrip antenna system that is capable of simultaneously transmitting an outgoing circularly polarized wave while receiving an incoming circularly polarized wave using a microstrip patch antenna element and a signal processing network is disclosed. The signal processing system connects the antenna element to a transmitter and receiver and produces

An equivalent network for rectangular shaped microstrip radiating elements is derived. In order to simplify the problem the radiating elements are considered as two slots separated by a transmission line of low characteristic impedance. The slots are characterized by their equivalent admittances.

Multisystem microstrip antenna
2016 International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility - EMC EUROPE, 2016In the paper the designed, made and tested multisystem microstrip antenna for the cellular telephony has been presented. The task of the designed structure was to operate within the defined frequency bands with retaining geometric and electric parameters at the defined level.

Microstrip antennas are being used as a representative antenna for mobile and satellite communication. The microstrip antennas have features such as planarity and a relatively high gain (about 7 dBi). It is typical to fabricate them by using hard substrates.

Phasing stubs are employed to achieve a cophase current distribution in microstrip rectangular patch arrays. This technique, originally proposed for resonant long wire antennas by Franklin, avoids spurious radiation from half-wavelength connecting transmission lines as used in conventional patch antenna arrays.

A survey of microstrip antenna elements is presented, with emphasis on theoretical and practical design techniques. Available substrate materials are reviewed along with the relation between dielectric constant tolerance and resonant frequency of microstrip patches. Several theoretical analysis techniques are summarized, including transmission-line and
