A Microstrip Patch Antenna for a WLAN Receiver
A new microstrip patch antenna was designed and fabricated for a 2.45 GHz and 5.2-5.9 GHz WLAN receiver. The antenna covers a bandwidth of about 700 MHz for the 5.2-5.9 GHz WLAN band. In order to get a better response for the lower band at 2.45 GHz, a microstrip matching circuit was added.
