Sequencing reactions in microtiter plates.
We describe a simple and inexpensive method of performing sequencing reactions for 24 single-strand M13 DNA clones in microtiter plates. To simplify elevated temperature incubations during sequencing reactions, two heating blocks were designed to accommodate microtiter plates and fit within common laboratory heating modules.
