The microwave bacteriome: biodiversity of domestic and laboratory microwave ovens
Microwaves have become an essential part of the modern kitchen, but their potential as a reservoir for bacterial colonization and the microbial composition within them remain largely unexplored. In this study, we investigated the bacterial communities in microwave ovens and compared the microbial composition of domestic microwaves, microwaves used in ...

Using CO2‐rich polluting gases in greenhouse plant cultivation has proven to be a promising technique for stimulating plants while reducing emissions to the atmosphere. The use of an experimental biofilter proves to be effective in retaining most of the toxic particles. The alteration of physiological and metabolic parameters shows an adaptation of the

Haptic In‐Sensor Computing Device Based on CNT/PDMS Nanocomposite Physical Reservoir
Using a porous carbon nanotube‐polydimethylsiloxane nanocomposite, a sensor array integrated with a physical reservoir computing paradigm capable of in‐sensor computing is demonstrated. The device is able to classify between nine objects with an accuracy above 80%, opening the possibility for low‐power sensing/computing for future robotics.

We successfully constructed CAST/EiJ mice models infected with low‐dose vaccinia virus (VACV‐L), high‐dose VACV (VACV‐H), and mpox virus (MPXV), demonstrating that VACV‐L and MPXV infections induced splenomegaly in mice, and VACV‐H infection caused mortality in mice.
