Recent Progress on Giant Molecules: Synthesis, Assembly, and Applications

open access: yesChemistry–Methods, Volume 6, Issue 3, March 2026.
Giant molecules are molecules constructed by molecular nanoparticles with precise, rigid structure, have similar structures with small molecules and a large size as macromolecules. In this review, the constituent modules of giant molecules, as well as their synthesis, self‐assembly, applications in various fields and future developing prospect are ...

Bridging Plasma Dynamics and Reaction Engineering: A Framework for Predictable CO2 Conversion in Rotating Non‐Thermal Arcs

open access: yesChemistry–Methods, Volume 6, Issue 3, March 2026.
This study combines theoretical and experimental approaches to systematically link plasma dynamics with reaction engineering. A novel reactor design with laminar gas flow and magnetically induced nonthermal plasma rotation enables precise determination of residence times and effective plasma volumes.

Non‐Equilibrium Construction of Layered Ruddlesden–Popper La2NiO4 Porous Nanosheets for Efficient Urea Electrooxidation

open access: yesCarbon Neutralization, Volume 5, Issue 2, March 2026.
This study demonstrates that microwave‐shock driven construction of 2D Ruddlesden–Popper La2NiO4 with regulated oxygen defects overcomes the persistent bottleneck of sluggish C–N cleavage and intermediate accumulation, unlocking fast charge transport and high‐efficiency urea electrooxidation.

Copper‐Based Conductive Nanoinks: Scalable Synthesis via Continuous‐Flow Microwave‐Assisted Polyol Process

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, Volume 9, Issue 2, March 2026.
Microwave‐assisted polyol synthesis in continuous flow produces metallic Cu nanoparticles, using ethylene glycol as solvent and reducing agent, lignin to stabilize the colloid and prevent oxidation, and metal‐seeds for particle size control. Metallic copper nanoparticles are a promising alternative to gold and silver in printed electronics due to their
