ABSTRACT Background Magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) quantifies tissue viscoelasticity, offering insights into intracranial meningiomas. MRE‐derived parameters, including the storage modulus (G') and the magnitude of the complex modulus (|G*|), may aid neurosurgical planning, but their repeatability remains unexplored in brain tumors.
