Acute hemichorea‐hemiballism as the initial sign of cortical cerebral infarction: A case report

Abstract Hemichorea‐hemiballism is classically associated with the contralateral basal ganglia, particularly involving the putamen and subthalamic nucleus, whereas cortical involvement remains a rare etiology.
