On the stress-sum index of the middle and central graph of a graph
Ranking molecular chemical compounds or large networks is a complex task due to their inherent degeneracy. Centrality measures helps to estimate the rank of each molecular chemical graph. One such centrality measure is the stress centrality, which quantifies the number of shortest paths passing through a given vertex.

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Dual-graph attention autoencoder for spatial domain identification in ischemic stroke
IntroductionSpatial transcriptomics enables molecular mapping of ischemic stroke tissue, but spatial domain identification is challenging when injury disrupts normal tissue geometry.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

The social–ecological model of depressive symptoms in middle aged in China: a network analysis
Background Depression in middle-aged individuals is influenced by multiple factors; however, research focusing on this demographic remains limited. The social-ecological system framework explores how interactions among individual characteristics, social ...

The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

Partial domination of middle graphs
For any graph $G=(V,E)$, a subset $S\subseteq V$ is called {\it an isolating set} of $G$ if $V\setminus N_G[S]$ is an independent set of $G$, where $N_G[S]=S\cup N_G(S)$, and {\it the isolation number} of $G$, denoted by $ι(G)$, is the size of a smallest isolating set of $G$. In this article, we show that the isolation number of the middle graph of $G$

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...
