Dual targeting of RET and SRC synergizes in RET fusion‐positive cancer cells
Despite the strong activity of selective RET tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), resistance of RET fusion‐positive (RET+) lung cancer and thyroid cancer frequently occurs and is mainly driven by RET‐independent bypass mechanisms. Son et al. show that SRC TKIs significantly inhibit PAK and AKT survival signaling and enhance the efficacy of RET TKIs in ...

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Phases of tree-decorated Dynamical Triangulations in 3D
This work revisits the Euclidean Dynamical Triangulation (DT) approach to non-perturbative quantum gravity in three dimensions. Inspired by a recent combinatorial study [1] of a subclass of 3-sphere triangulations constructed from trees, called the ...

Partial domination of middle graphs
For any graph $G=(V,E)$, a subset $S\subseteq V$ is called {\it an isolating set} of $G$ if $V\setminus N_G[S]$ is an independent set of $G$, where $N_G[S]=S\cup N_G(S)$, and {\it the isolation number} of $G$, denoted by $ι(G)$, is the size of a smallest isolating set of $G$. In this article, we show that the isolation number of the middle graph of $G$
