A soft poly (3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly (styrenesulfonate)‐based electrode enables continuous, high‐quality recording of peripheral nerve activity. A neural network model integrating handcrafted and convolutional neural network‐based features decodes whisker movements with strong generalization, offering insights into peripheral nerve function ...

Sugar Functionalized Collagen Material for Local Modulation of Innate Immunity
Modulation of the innate immune response at the implant site can significantly influence adaptive immunity. A mannose‐functionalized collagen patch, termed the Local Immunotuning Patch (LIP), has been designed to engage mannose receptors on antigen‐presenting cells while exhibiting antibacterial properties. LIP orchestrates complex immune pathways that

Accelerations of Water Masers in NGC4258 [PDF]
The water masers in NGC4258 delineate the structure and dynamics of a sub-parsec-diameter accretion disk around a supermassive black hole. We report acceleration measurements for 12 systemic-velocity spectral features and 19 high-velocity spectral features, using a total of 25 epochs of observations from Effelsberg (5 epochs), the VLA (15 epochs), and ...

Intratracheal neomycin alters pulmonary microbiota, activating the vagus nerve via lung brain‐derived neurotrophic factor/tropomyosin receptor kinase B (BDNF/TrkB) pathway, further projecting to nucleus of solitary tract (NTS), then dorsal raphe nucleus (DRN), where activated serotoninergic neurons increase brain serotonin, alleviating migraine.

The structure of the accretion disk in NGC 4258 derived from observations of its water vapor masers [PDF]
A wealth of new information about the structure of the maser disk in NGC 4258 has been obtained from a series of 18 VLBA observations spanning three years, as well as from 32 additional epochs of spectral monitoring data from 1994 to the present, acquired with the VLA, Effelsberg, and GBT. The warp of the disk has been defined precisely.

Chronic social stress elevates oxytocin levels, leading to immunosuppression by enhancing regulatory T‐cell activity and promoting anti‐inflammatory macrophage polarization in the spleen. Blocking oxytocin signaling reverses these effects but worsens stress‐induced behavioral disorders and reduces survival rates. This highlights oxytocin's dual role in

MAGEA6 Engages a YY1‐Dependent Transcription to Dictate Perineural Invasion in Colorectal Cancer
This study investigates the role of MAGEA6 in perineural invasion (PNI) in colorectal cancer (CRC). MAGEA6 promotes CRC invasiveness by inhibiting YY1 ubiquitination, enhancing CXCL1 secretion, and recruiting Schwann cells. These findings highlight the potential of targeting the MAGEA6/YY1/CXCL1 axis for therapeutic strategies against PNI and tumor ...
