Self‐Powered Diamond Homojunction Photodetectors for Stable Ultraviolet Sensing Under High Temperatures

In this work, we report an unintentionally doped/boron‐doped diamond homojunction ultraviolet photodetector grown by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition. The device achieves self‐powered ultraviolet detection with negligible performance degradation even at temperatures of up to 250°C.
