Given that PEEK chest wall implants induce shear force at the soft tissue‐implant interface due to respiratory motion in the early in vivo post‐implantation stage. We confirmed that this mechanical stimulus triggers the PIEZO1/ITGB1/YAP1 signalling axis in L929 and the STAT6/p‐STAT6 pathway in RAW264.7, which in turn mediates adhesion and migration of ...

Impaired MEC astrocytic Ca2+ signaling is associated with fragmented spatial exploration in AD mice. Region‐specific glial progenitor transplantation generates engrafted astrocytes that are accompanied by improved AQP4 polarization, reduced amyloid‐β‐associated pathology, attenuated neuroinflammation, preserved synaptic integrity, and ameliorated ...

Disturbed flow promotes the formation of TRIM21‐rich biomolecular droplets, which concentrate TRIM21 and PTPN14 and facilitate their SPRY‐FERM interaction (illustrated by the TRIM21 D355‐PTPN14 R132 salt bridge). This condensate‐driven proximity enables TRIM21 to catalyze K48‐linked polyubiquitination of PTPN14 at lysine 956, leading to proteasome ...

A scalable process converts para‐aramid fibers into soft‐magnetic building blocks via micrometer‐thick Fe0.64Ni0.36 (Invar‐type) coatings. Assembled into paper, they form a hierarchical conductive network whose tunable permeability enables thin, lightweight microwave absorption in the low‐frequency (S‐band) regime.

Clinical intramuscular thymus transplantation yields only short‐lived efficacy and marginal therapeutic benefits. Benefiting from the spleen's intrinsic strengths—rapid vascular perfusion, abundant developmental factors, and resident progenitors—the intrasplenic thymic grafts achieve robust thymic regeneration and substantial T‐cell reconstitution ...

Macrophage PABPC4‐SPP1 Axis Orchestrates Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer
In the CRC microenvironment, macrophage PABPC4 binds to the 3′UTR of SPP1 mRNA to stabilize its expression, thereby sustaining M2‐like immunosuppressive macrophage polarization. Concurrently, this axis suppresses CD8+ T cell effector functions via CD44 signaling, collectively fostering an immunosuppressive niche that drives tumor progression.

Herein, a pure deep blue room‐temperature phosphorescence (415 nm) with lifetime up to 2.45 s is successfully achieved by a covalently crosslinking purely organic material based on boric acid (BA) and 3,5‐dicarboxyphenylboronic acid (BOP) through a simple dehydration reaction, which can be adjusted precisely by supramolecular coordination with ...

This review elucidates how cancer cell metabolic reprogramming—across glucose, lipid, amino acid, and nucleotide pathways—remodels the tumor microenvironment to suppress anti‐tumor immunity and promote immune escape. Targeting these metabolic axes offers promising strategies to overcome immunotherapy resistance and enhance cancer treatment.
