An acid‐cleavable Tf‐modified engineering exosome‐based brain‐targeting delivery system (ACTE) was proposed using metabolic glycoengineering and bioorthogonal click chemistry, enabling co‐delivery of siTGF‐β and DOX for GBM treatment. ACTE was featured by higher BBB transcytosis efficiency and hierarchical targeting delivery to GBM cells.

In this study Cooper‐Knock et al identified an autosomal dominant ALS pedigree associated with p.Y374X‐TARDBP. In patient tissue the authors confirmed reduced TDP‐43 protein expression, abnormal TDP‐43 fragmentation and deficient TDP‐43‐mediated splicing. This work extends the phenotypes associated with TDP‐43 mutations.

MiCull2 -- simulating mastitis transmission through milking order [PDF]
Contagious mastitis pathogens can be transmitted through milking. However, previously published simulation models, such as MiCull, have not directly taken this into account. We have reimplemented the MiCull model to model transmission of contagious mastitis pathogens through milking in a milking parlor. This additional complexity requires a substantial

Berries: Health Effects via Modulation of the Gut Microbiota
ABSTRACT Berries are widely regarded as beneficial foods, rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, and other bioactive compounds that could positively influence human health. Although the gut microbiota plays a crucial role in metabolism and physiology of humans, the interaction between berries and human gut microbiota activity remains unclear.
