Comparison of Milking Systems Based on Milk Quality and Milk Quantity
Scientific Papers Animal Science and BiotechnologiesWe analysed one Holstein- Friesian dairy farm using two types of milking technologies. One of them is a parallel milking parlour (2x8), where 200 cows are milked twice a day. The other part of the animals (500 cows) is milked with robotic milking machine. The average daily milking frequency is 2.8. We processed data from nearly 700 cows.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.PDAC has a poor prognosis due to chemoresistance. We revealed that MCU upregulation is associated with chemoresistance and stemness in PDAC. MCU‐mediated Ca2+ influx induced ER stress, activating the PERK‐ATF4/NRF2 axis to enhance PSAT1/SLC711 expression and glutathione synthesis, reducing ROS and maintaining stemness.

Attenuation of Influenza a Virus into Live Vaccines Through C‐End Degrons
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Naturally occurring C‐end degrons are exploited to design proteolysis‐targeting live attenuated influenza vaccines. C‐end degron tagging of viral M1 protein promotes proteasome‐dependent degradation, resulting in robust attenuation in host cells while permitting scalable production in engineered cells.

A Novel Function of Nonadecanoic Acid in Regulating Glucose Homeostasis
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies the odd‐chain fatty acid C19:0 as an endogenous ligand of GPR120 that promotes glucose homeostasis via Gαq signaling. In obesity, elevated palmitic acid suppresses endogenous C19:0 production through a miRNA–PPARα–HACL1 pathway, offering a promising direction for understanding the role of OCFAs in human health.
