Grounding Large Language Models for Robot Task Planning Using Closed‐Loop State Feedback

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
BrainBody‐Large Language Model (LLM) introduces a hierarchical, feedback‐driven planning framework where two LLMs coordinate high‐level reasoning and low‐level control for robotic tasks. By grounding decisions in real‐time state feedback, it reduces hallucinations and improves task reliability.

Dynamic Changes in Dairy Technologies Uptake in the Kenya Highlands [PDF]

open access: yes
A number of African countries experienced since the mid 1980s a process of market liberalization that was expected to increase smallholders' access to inputs and outputs markets through the entry of private players.

Near‐Infrared‐Driven Metal–Organic Frameworks‐Based Nanorobots for Controlled Photothermal‐Chemical Therapy Synergistic Induction of Cancer Cell Death

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
To achieve efficient cancer cell death, a bowl‐shaped PDA@UiO‐66@DOX nanorobot drug‐delivery nanoplatform was developed. Near‐infrared irradiation not only drives the nanorobot to exhibit self‐thermophoretic motion and elevates temperature but also triggers Doxorubicin (DOX) release via hyperthermia, enhancing cancer cells uptake of DOX and thereby ...

The Adoption and Profitability of rbST on Connecticut Dairy Farms [PDF]

open access: yes
This work estimates Probit and Tobit models of the adoption of rbST on Connecticut dairy farms and then endogenizes that adoption in estimates of milk production and farm profit rates.

Cell Cycle Control of Nuclear Metabolism Couples Phosphatidylinositol Signaling to Histone Methylation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Nuclear metabolism oscillates during cell cycle progression. Quantitative chromatome proteomics and imaging reveal phase‐specific dynamics of PIP5K1A and nuclear PIP2, linking phosphatidylinositol metabolism to histone methylation. This work identifies nuclear lipid metabolism as a previously unrecognized regulatory axis coordinating chromatin ...

PREDICTING BOVINE SOMATOTROPIN USE BY CALIFORNIA DAIRY FARMERS [PDF]

open access: yes
An ex ante adoption model of bovine somatotropin (BST) is estimated with survey data of California milk producers. Theoretical justification is developed for incorporation of socioeconomic explanatory variables in a technology-adoption model.

IL‐3 Modulates Microglia Polarization and Attenuates Neuroinflammation in Traumatic Brain Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
IL‐3 recruits PRDX1 through IL‐3R to modulate the inflammatory response of microglia via the KEAP1‐NRF2‐HO‐1/NF‐κB pathway to attenuate neuroinflammation in traumatic brain injury. ABSTRACT Microglia play a crucial role in the progression of neuroinflammation following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Interleukin‐3 (IL‐3), a significant regulatory factor,

GSH‐Responsive Nanoparticles Enhance Hepatocellular Carcinoma Immunotherapy Through Synergistic Effects of Cuproptosis and PI3K Inhibitor Combination

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Cuproptosis, an emerging form of programmed cell death, is capable of inducing mitochondrial dysfunction. Moreover, the PI3K‐AKT‐mTOR signaling pathway contributes to tumor cell progression by reprogramming mitochondrial morphology and function.

Benzoic acid supplementation improves the growth performance, nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism of weaned lambs

open access: yesFrontiers in Veterinary Science
Nitrogen is one of the essential components of proteins and nucleic acids and plays a crucial role in the growth and development of ruminants. However, the nitrogen utilization rate of ruminants is lower than that of monogastric animals, which not only ...

Assessing the Response of Farm Households to Dairy Policy Reform in Israel [PDF]

open access: yes
After nearly fifty years of stability and stagnation of dairy market regulations in Israel, a dramatic policy reform has been enacted in 1999. The reform enabled farm households, for the first time, to trade production quotas.
