A Millimeter-Wave Circuit Technique

IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 2008
An inductive feedback technique increases the speed of resonant circuits by 62%, allowing operation near the fT of transistors. The technique leads to a fundamental oscillator operating at 128 GHz with a power dissipation of 9 mW and a phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at 10-MHz offset.

Josephson millimeter wave oscillators

International Journal of Infrared and Millimeter Waves, 1990
This paper presents the state-of-the-art of a new class of microwave and mm-wave sources and intends to focus the attention of the microwave community on the new possibilities offered by them. Following a short introduction to the superconducting phenomena, the basic properties of Josephson tunnel junctions are presented.
