Non‐volatile memories (NVMs) are being developed for analog in‐memory computing for energy‐efficient, high‐speed deep learning inference. As technology is moving to industry adoption, a method to define required NVM specifications is critical for improving performance and reducing manufacturing cost.

Electrohydrodynamic Fiber Pump With Dual‐Flow Channels

Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A dual‐channel electrohydrodynamic (EHD) fiber pump is introduced, which enables fluid flow inside and outside fully exposed helical electrodes. The dual‐channel design significantly enhances flow rate, pressure, and efficiency compared with the conventional design.
