This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Ergodic Infinite Permutations of Minimal Complexity
International audienceAn infinite permutation can be defined as a linear ordering of the set of natural numbers. Similarly to infinite words, a complexity p(n) of an infinite permutation is defined as a function counting the number of its factors of ...

Phylogenetic Analysis of Indian Dromedary Breeds Based on the Mitochondrial D-Loop Marker
The mitochondrial displacement loop (D-loop) region is a non-coding control region that plays a crucial role in replication and transcription, serving as an informative marker for evolutionary and demographic studies.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

On the Minimal Uncompletable Word Problem
4 pagesLet S be a finite set of words over an alphabet Sigma. The set S is said to be complete if every word w over the alphabet Sigma is a factor of some element of S*, i.e. w belongs to Fact(S*).

Matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP9) drives ovarian cancer progression. Using MMP9‐null cells (M9‐KO) created from ovarian cancer cells, we found MMP9 loss did not block Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)‐driven E‐cadherin dissolution or EMT but delayed and reduced EGF‐driven membrane protrusions. Transient MMP9 re‐expression drove membrane protrusion.

Minimal lenght elements of Thompson's groups F(p)
We describe a method for determining the minimal length of elements in the generalized Thompson's groups F(p). We compute the length of an element by constructing a tree pair diagram for the element, classifying the nodes of the tree and summing ...

Minimal complexity of equidistributed infinite permutations
We are grateful to Pascal Hubert for suggesting a term “equidistributed permutation” instead of “ergodic”, and to an anonymous referee for careful reading and valuable comments.International audienceAn infinite permutation is a linear ordering of the set

This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.
