Feasibility and Safety of Somato‐Cognitive Coordination Therapy for Cerebellar Ataxia Following Pediatric Brain Tumor Treatment

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Cerebellar ataxia after pediatric brain tumor treatment can cause persistent gait, balance, and speech impairment, yet no established rehabilitation strategy exists. Somato‐cognitive coordination therapy (SCCT) is a virtual reality–guided intervention designed to promote sensorimotor integration through visually constrained reaching

A Minimal Solution Estimating the Position of Cameras with Unknown Focal Length with IMU Assistance

open access: yesDrones
Drones are typically built with integrated cameras and inertial measurement units (IMUs). It is crucial to achieve drone attitude control through relative pose estimation using cameras. IMU drift can be ignored over short periods.

The stability of minimal solution sets for set optimization problems via improvement sets

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2023
In this paper we investigate the stability of solution sets for set optimization problems via improvement sets. Some sufficient conditions for the upper semicontinuity, lower semicontinuity, and compactness of E-minimal solution mappings are given for ...

Use of Inverse Method to Determine Thermophysical Properties of Minimally Processed Carrots during Chilling under Natural Convection

open access: yesFoods, 2023
The aim of this study was to determine the thermophysical properties and process parameters of cylindrical carrot pieces during their chilling. For this, the temperature of the central point of the product, initially at 19.9 °C, was recorded during ...

Prevalence of 21 Physician‐Defined Severe Toxicities Following Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Treatment: Australian Retrospective Cohort Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common pediatric cancer, with an overall survival now surpassing 90% in developed countries. However, treatments are not without adverse effects. In this study, we apply the severe toxicity‐free survival (STFS) framework to determine the prevalence of 21 physician‐defined severe ...

Existence of convex and non convex local solutions for fractional differential inclusions

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2009
In this paper, we establish the existence theorems for a class of fractional differential inclusion of order $n-1 < alpha leq n $. The study holds in two cases, when the set-valued function has convex and non-convex values.

A Minimal Solution for Binocular Camera Relative Pose Estimation Based on the Gravity Prior

open access: yesRemote Sensing
High-precision positioning is the foundation for the functionality of various intelligent agents. In complex environments, such as urban canyons, relative pose estimation using cameras is a crucial step in high-precision positioning. To take advantage of

On a class of N-dimensional anisotropic Sobolev inequalities

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2018
In this paper, we study the smallest constant α in the anisotropic Sobolev inequality of the form ∥u∥pp≤α∥u∥22(2N−1)+(3−2N)p2∥ux∥2N(p−2)2∏k=1N−1∥Dx−1∂yku∥2p−22 $$\Vert u \Vert _{p}^{p} \leq \alpha \Vert u \Vert _{2}^{\frac{2(2N-1)+(3-2N)p}{2}} \Vert u_{x}

Kundt solutions of minimal massive 3D gravity [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2015
We construct Kundt solutions of Minimal Massive Gravity theory and show that, similar to Topologically Massive Gravity (TMG), most of them are constant scalar invariant (CSI) spacetimes, that correspond to deformations of round and warped (A)dS. We also find an explicit non-CSI Kundt solution at the merger point.
