Aqueous Processing of High‐Loading LNMO Electrodes for High‐Energy Lithium Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy and Sustainability Research, Volume 7, Issue 10, October 2026.
High loading LNMO: Aqueous and PFAS‐free high loading LNMO cathodes are produced using multilayer coating technique on industrial pilot line, aiming to bridge the gap between research and industry on sustainable and thick cathode manufacturing. This study shows a method to produce sustainable and high‐performance new generation cathodes.

Enhanced Roofs for Passive Building Design: A Systematic Review of Thermal and Energy Performance

open access: yesApplied Research, Volume 5, Issue 5, October 2026.
This systematic review evaluates PCM‐ and NePCM‐integrated roofing systems for passive cooling. PCM roofs reduce heat flux and indoor temperature fluctuations, while NePCMs improve thermal conductivity with latent heat trade‐offs. Hybrid cooling strategies enhance performance, and future challenges in scalability, durability, and practical ...

Improving river water quality by identifying risk paths and critical source areas of non-point source pollution at watershed scale

open access: yesWater Research X
Optimizing landscape pattern is an effective way to improve river water quality at the watershed scale. Identifying the risk pathways and key source areas of pollutants entering rivers is essential for mitigating non-point source pollution (NPSP).

MCR-Modified CA–Markov Model for the Simulation of Urban Expansion

open access: yes, 2018
Ecosystem balance is an important factor that affects healthy and sustainable urban development. The traditional cellular automata (CA) model considers only a few ecological factors, however, the MCR model can account for ecological factors.

Effect of Hyaluronic Acid Molecular Weight on Physicochemical and Rheological Properties of Ice Cream

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.
We prepared ice cream formulations, including a control with a commercial stabilizer–emulsifier blend at 0.3% and four treatments with 0.3% hyaluronic acid (HA) at different molecular weights (320, 980, 1550, and 2550 kDa), and compared them. Increasing HA molecular weight was associated with increased hardness, improved creaming stability, enhanced ...

Molecular Diagnostics for WHO Priority Bacterial Pathogens: A Bibliometric Mapping of Diagnostic Platforms, Resistance Markers, and Antimicrobial Resistance Research Trends

open access: yesMicrobiologyOpen, Volume 15, Issue 5, October 2026.
This bibliometric mapping of 1746 publications (2000–2025) charts molecular diagnostics for WHO priority bacterial pathogens across platforms, targets, and resistance markers. Conventional PCR/NAAT and whole‐genome sequencing emerge as complementary core platforms, and the field evolves from targeted pathogen detection into an AMR‐centered ...

Comparative Genomic Analysis of Multidrug‐Resistant Escherichia coli Across Poultry–Human–Environmental Interfaces

open access: yesMicrobiologyOpen, Volume 15, Issue 5, October 2026.
Whole‐genome sequencing analysis of Escherichia coli isolates from broiler, layer and sonali chickens in Bangladesh shown extensive antimicrobial resistance, diverse virulence factors, plasmid‐mediated resistance, and a highly open pangenome. Comparative genomic analyses demonstrated close genetic relationships with global strains, highlighting the One
