Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work presents a THz pixelated metasensor that employs loss optimization and spectral overlap for enhanced molecular vibrational fingerprint sensing. The flexible loss rate tuning through the out‐of‐plane dimension allows the device to operate in the optimal fingerprint enhancement condition.
