Recursive Relations for the S‐matrix of Liouville Theory
Abstract The relation between the vertex operators of the in and out fields in Liouville theory is analyzed. This is used to derive equations for the S‐matrix, from which a recursive relation for the normal symbol of the S‐matrix for discrete center‐of‐mass momenta is obtained.

The Hall Effects of Vortex Light in Optical Materials
This article models optical materials as curved spacetime to investigate light propagation, finding that the deflection angle for light with spin σ and intrinsic orbital angular momentum ℓ follows ϑ ∝ 2σ + ℓ$\vartheta \propto 2 \text{&sgr; } + ℓ$.

Criterion for the thermal radiation spectrum in classical physics
Two criteria for the spectra of relativistic waves are proposed. Zero-point radiation provides the identity representation of the conformal group in Minkowski spacetime.

Scattering of quantum particles in global de Sitter spacetime I: The formalism
We develop a formalism for computing the scattering amplitudes in maximally symmetric de Sitter spacetime with compact spatial dimensions. We describe quantum states by using the representation theory of de Sitter symmetry group and link the Hilbert ...

Generalized Lagrange Structure of Deformed Minkowski Spacetime
We discuss the generalized Lagrange structure of a deformed Minkowski space (DMS), M? , namely a (four-dimensional) generalization of the (local) space-time based on an energy-dependent "deformation" of the usual Minkowski geometry. In M? , local Lorentz invariance is naturally violated, due to the energy dependence of the deformed metric.

The Minkowski quantum vacuum does not gravitate
We show that a non-zero renormalised value of the zero-point energy in λϕ4-theory over Minkowski spacetime is in tension with the scalar-field equation at two-loop order in perturbation theory.

An Alexandrov theorem in Minkowski spacetime
In this paper, we generalize a theorem {à} la Alexandrov of Wang, Wang and Zhang [WWZ] for closed codimension-two spacelike submanifolds in the Minkowski spacetime for an adapted CMC condition .

Parameter Estimation of Wormholes beyond the Heisenberg Limit
We propose to exploit the quantum properties of nonlinear media to estimate the parameters of massless wormholes. The spacetime curvature produces a change in length with respect to Minkowski spacetime that can be estimated in principle with an ...

Simultaneity in Minkowski Spacetime, as Parallax
Minkowski spacetime parallax uses the shifting plane of simultaneity (POS), of an accelerating inertial reference frame (IRF), while referencing a distant signal (such as a pulsar) with regularly recurring intervals. The distance of the signal's source can be derived from the Lorentz transfer equations and the rate at which the intervals are changing ...

Emerging internal symmetries from effective spacetimes
Can global internal and spacetime symmetries be connected without supersymmetry? To answer this question, we investigate Minkowski spacetimes with d space-like extra dimensions and point out under which general conditions external symmetries induce ...
