在当前隐喻研究从理论层面向分析层面和方法论层面全面转向的背景下，本文拟基于国内外学者分别提出的主流隐喻分析流程，尝试性地构建起一套隐喻分析的盘整新范式，并借助MIPVU 隐喻甄别程序，以教育部部长怀进鹏2024 年世界数字教育大会上的主旨演讲为语料，多维探讨其中出现的数字教育隐喻。研究显示，该范式从隐喻的本质属性入手，从其语言、认知、语用和社会四个属性角度及各自涉及的多维度展开，明晰剖析中国的数字教育思想、教育政策和教育动向，达成其深层次的交际目的。此研究不仅有助于进一步理解和认识隐喻在政治话语中传达思想政策、统一思想意识、强化情感纽带、服务讲话者目的的功效，而且拓宽了政治话语中隐喻研究的视角和维度，凸显了后者的价值和潜质。
