Novel Postzygotic Variants Associated With Hypomelanosis of Ito Expand the ACTB‐Related Neurocutaneous Disease Spectrum

We describe a previously unreported phenotype related to postzygotic ACTB variants with hypomelanosis of Ito, characterized by hypopigmentation associated or not with neurodevelopmental features, distinct from Becker presentations, bridging constitutional neurodevelopmental and somatic cutaneous phenotypes.

Impact of G‐CSF on Donor TCR Clonal Diversity and T Cell Function During Donor HSC Mobilisation

In this study, we found that G‐CSF mobilisation caused a reduction in TCR clonal diversity and down‐regulation of T‐cell function in donors. Aptamer‐mediated outer membrane destabilization overcomes low permeability resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Circadian disruption elicits sex‐specific gut microbiota, endocannabinoidome, and lipid mediator responses
