An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Pitch angle scattering of an energetic magnetized particle by a circularly polarized electromagnetic wave [PDF]
The interaction between a circularly polarized wave and an energetic gyrating particle is described using a relativistic pseudo-potential that is a function of the frequency mismatch.

Mismatch losses in multiply tapped SAW convolvers
An analysis procedure is given for calculating the output mismatch loss in a multiply tapped SAW convolver. The analysis takes into account the lossy transmission-line properties of convolvers and includes realistic values for the parasitics due to bonding pads and wires.

Micropatterned Biphasic Printed Electrodes for High‐Fidelity on‐Skin Bioelectronics
Micropatterned biphasic printed electrodes achieve unprecedented skin conformity and low impedance by combining liquid‐metal droplets with microstructured 3D lattices. This scalable approach enables high‐fidelity detection of ECG, EMG, and EEG signals, including alpha rhythms from the forehead, with long‐term comfort and stability.

Absorption spectroscopy of complex rare earth ion doped hybrid materials over a broad wavelength range [PDF]
In the present work we applied a measurement setup to determine several relevant properties of rare-earth doped nanoparticles dispersed in polymer slab waveguides in a single absorption measurement: background absorption of the polymer host material ...
