Composition‐dependent structural evolution in GeXSe1‐X selector‐only memory (SOM) is correlated with device switching behavior. Increasing Ge strengthens network rigidity, suppresses atomic motion, and stabilizes threshold switching, while narrowing the memory window. The revealed structure–property relationship provides a guideline for compositionally

From Materials to Systems: Challenges and Solutions for Fast‐Charge/Discharge Na‐Ion Batteries
This review systematically analyzes the key characteristics limiting the fast‐charge/discharge capability of Na‐ion batteries (SIBs) from a multi‐scale perspective encompassing electrode materials, the electrode‐electrolyte interface, and the system. Furthermore, it presents practical solution strategies for the fundamental issues arising at each scale,

This review provides a bottom‐up evaluation of sodium‐ion battery safety, linking material degradation mechanisms, cell engineering parameters, and module/pack assembly. It emphasizes that understanding intrinsic material stability and establishing coordinated engineering control across hierarchical levels are vital for preventing degradation coupling ...

In this work, we developed a phase‐stability predictor by combining machine learning and ab initio thermodynamics approaches, and identified the key factors determining the favorable phase for a given composition. Specifically, a lower TM ionic potential, higher Na content, and higher mixing entropy favor the O3 phase.

A combination of discrete and finite element method models for the current collector deformation and electrochemical performance analysis, respectively. The models are calibrated and validated with electrochemical and imaging data of hard carbon electrodes. These electrodes were manufactured with different parameters (slurry solid contents of 35 and 40

Internal marketing—The missing half of the marketing programme
Long Range Planning, 1991Abstract This article examines the use of internal marketing in implementing strategy. The concepts of ‘internal marketing’ and the ‘internal customer’ may be applied operationally in two ways. The internal marketing programme may be seen as a direct parallel to the conventional external marketing programme, using the same concepts and elements, and ...

The Missing Links in Social Marketing
Journal of Health Communication, 2000This paper discusses the missing links in social marketing that add value to customers and aid in achieving its full potential for contribution to positive social change. It is noted that the importance of social marketing in terms of the health of populations and costs of health care has long been recognized and is growing. Its specific purpose

Missing Deadlines Means Missing Market Opportunities
2017In this chapter, we examine the problem with “requirements,” and how the question “How big is it?” is entirely the wrong question to be asking.
