Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.Wir berichten über eine neuartige substratinduzierte transiente Koassemblierung zwischen einem kurzen lysinreichen Peptid und Fmoc‐Gly‐OH. Im aktivierten Zustand zeigt die Assemblierung eine promiskuitive katalytische Aktivität durch die Beschleunigung der Hydrolyse und der C═N‐Kondensationsreaktion.
