ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is one of the most treatable forms of paediatric cancer; however, there is a substantial burden of treatment‐related toxicities (TRTs). In addition, the long‐term changes in children's health‐related quality of life (HRQoL) due to toxic treatments are not well understood.

The Identifiability of the Mixed Proportional Hazards Competing Risks Model
SummaryWe prove identification of dependent competing risks models in which each risk has a mixed proportional hazard specification with regressors, and the risks are dependent by way of the unobserved heterogeneity, or frailty, components. We show that the conditions for identification given by Heckman and Honoré can be relaxed.

Impact of Metastatic Patterns on Survival and Response to Therapy in Neuroblastoma
ABSTRACT Background While the presence of metastases in neuroblastoma (NB) is a well‐established prognostic factor, the clinical significance of dissemination patterns and tumour burden and their impact on response and survival remains poorly understood.

Optimization of mix proportion design of solid waste-based cementitious material for base [PDF]
To explore the possibility of using solid waste instead of cement as the cementitious material for bases, the 28 d compressive tests on the mortar specimens with different mix proportions of three admixtures (slag powder (SP), fly ash (FA), and ...
