Research on Resistive Switching Mechanism of SnO2/SnS2 Based Heterojunction Memory Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work fabricates SnO2/SnS2 RRAM using (NH4)4Sn2S6, achieving 224 pJ set energy at 0.4 V with >1000‐cycle stability and 4 × 104 s retention. XPS/SEM/AFM‐validated interfacial engineering enables uniform switching, advancing low‐power neuromorphic memory development.

Weyl Fermion Manipulation Through Magnetic Transitions in the Ferromagnetic Non‐Centrosymmetric Weyl Semimetal PrAlSi

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
During the ferromagnetic phase transition in inversion‐symmetry broken PrAlSi, both the energy/momentum positions and the number of Weyl points can be altered. These modifications induce a net chirality charge and affect the optical conductivity, positioning PrAlSi as a model system for controlling topological states through intrinsic magnetism ...

Operando Tracking of Resistance, Thickness, and Mass of Ti3C2Tx MXene in Water‐in‐Salt Electrolyte

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
This work investigates resistance, mass, and thickness changes in Ti3C2Tx MXene cycled in a water‐in‐salt electrolyte, using various operando techniques. The results, compared with those obtained in a diluted electrolyte, provide a comprehensive view of the MXene's evolving physical properties during cycling and demonstrate the value of combining ...
