Room‐Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

Revisiting lagrange relaxation (LR) for processing large-scale mixed integer programming (MIP) problems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
Lagrangean Relaxation has been successfully applied to process many well known instances of NP-hard Mixed Integer Programming problems. In this paper we present a Lagrangean Relaxation based generic solver for processing Mixed Integer Programming ...

A Long-Term Evaluation on Transmission Line Expansion Planning with Multistage Stochastic Programming

open access: yesEnergies, 2020
The purpose of this paper is to apply multistage stochastic programming to the transmission line expansion planning problem, especially when uncertain demand scenarios exist. Since the problem of transmission line expansion planning requires an intensive

Space‐Time Coding Conformal Metasurfaces for Multifrequency Beam Steering and Shaping

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Space‐time coding conformal metasurfaces enable dynamic wave control on curved surfaces by combining programmable spatial patterns with temporal modulation. This study shows that a single conformal aperture can independently manipulate multiple frequency components, achieving multifunctional beam shaping and steering, with implications for ...

MIPCL LIBRARY FOR SOLVING MIXED INTEGER PROGRAMMING PROBLEMS

open access: yesInformatika, 2016
The Mixed Integer Programming Class Library (MIPCL) is a free software designed for implementing mixed integer programming models quickly, easily, and efficiently. Computational experiments show that currently MIPCL is one of the best noncommercial mixed-

Fast Globally Optimal Catalog Matching using MIQCP

open access: yesThe Astronomical Journal, 2023
We propose a novel exact method to solve the probabilistic catalog matching problem faster than previously possible. Our new approach uses mixed integer programming and introduces quadratic constraints to shrink the problem by multiple orders of ...

Coaxial Melt Electrowriting

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Coaxial melt electrowriting is established to produce dual‐property microfibers with diameters spanning 1.6–29.2 µm. Stable coaxial laminar flow is preserved under electrohydrodynamic thinning, enabling controlled binary and gradient material switching within individual continuous fibers.
