Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

ABSTRACT Objective To explore how cerebral hypoxia and Normal‐Appearing White Matter (NAWM) integrity affect MS lesion burden and clinical course. Methods Seventy‐nine MS patients, including 13 clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) patients and 66 relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients, and 44 healthy controls (HCs) were recruited from ...

Estimation of Proportions in Mixed Pixels through Their Region Characterization
The estimation of proportions of classes in the mixed pixels of multichannel imagery data is considered in this paper. A significant portion of the imagery data consists of a mixture of the responses of two or more objects whenever the objects being ...

T1 Over Squared Proton Density Ratio to Characterize Multiple Sclerosis Lesions
ABSTRACT Objective Differentiating remyelinated from demyelinated lesions in MS remains challenging without histological confirmation. This study introduces the T1‐to‐PD2 ratio (TPR) imaging approach and evaluates its ability to characterize MS lesions alongside other quantitative MRI (qMRI) metrics. Methods Thirty individuals with MS (mean age: 47.5 ±

Subspace Structure Regularized Nonnegative Matrix Factorization for Hyperspectral Unmixing
Hyperspectral unmixing is a crucial task for hyperspectral images (HSIs) processing, which estimates the proportions of constituent materials of a mixed pixel. Usually, the mixed pixels can be approximated using a linear mixing model. Since each material

Powder metal processing provides scalable advantages in nanoporous (np) metal development. Mechanical alloying is used to produce unique precursors for hybrid nanopore formation by oxide reduction and dealloying. As demonstrated in np Ag, this approach improves process efficiency while promoting smaller ligaments and larger pores, both of which are ...

Specific processing of mixed pixels for anomaly detection, case study on DEBELA campaign
International audienceThis paper focuses on the specific case of anomaly detection from hyperspectral ground-based images in the context of hidden targets in the forest. Compared to nadir viewing, several limitations are identified making it difficult to
