Mixed tumors occur most commonly in major salivary glands. They may rarely appear in other sites, such as skin, breast, and lung. There have been rare reports of similar tumors occurring in bone. We report on a patient with a primary mixed tumor of bone. No other primary site has become apparent on follow-up of 5 years.

MIXED TUMOR OF THE BRIDGE OF THE NOSE
Archives of Surgery, 1948IT IS the purpose of this paper to describe a mixed tumor of the skin over the bridge of the nose and to discuss some of the important clinical and histologic features presented. REPORT OF A CASE M. W., a 36 year old man, was admitted to the Jewish Hospital because of a small growth over the bridge of the nose, said to have been present for two years.

Lipomatous Mixed Tumor of the Skin
The American Journal of Dermatopathology, 2008An unusual tumor of the neck in a 56-year-old female is reported. The tumor was composed of tubules and small cords of epithelial cells dispersed in the fibromyxoid and adipose stroma. At the periphery, the tumor was not encapsulated and its border was intermingled with the subcutaneous fat.
