The electroweak sphaleron at physical mixing angle
Abstract The electroweak sphaleron, known previously only in the spherical approximation at vanishing mixing, angle, is constructed for the physical value of the mixing angle sin2 θw=0.23. It is symmetric under rotations around the z-axis and parity reflections. Its energy density and total energy differ little from those of the spherical sphaleron.

Heavy neutral leptons at the Electron-Ion Collider
The future Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) at Brookhaven National Laboratory, along with its primary capacity to elucidate the nuclear structure, will offer new opportunities to probe physics beyond the Standard Model coupled to the electroweak sector. Among

Schmidt numbers of low rank bipartite mixed states [PDF]
We prove a lower bound for Schmidt numbers of bipartite mixed states. This lower bound can be applied easily to low rank bipartite mixed states. From this lower bound it is known that generic low rank bipartite mixed states have relatively high Schmidt numbers and thus entangled.

Flow physics and mixing quality in a confined impinging jet mixer
Due to their ability to provide efficient mixing at small scales, confined impinging jet mixers (CIJMs) are employed widely in nanoparticle assembly processes such as flash nanoprecipitation and flash nanocomplexation, which require rapid mixing. In this

Bi-Large neutrino mixing with charged lepton correction [PDF]
The usual Bi-Maximal (BM) neutrino mixing faces an inherent problem in lowering the solar mixing angle below $\tan^{2}\theta_{12}=0.50$ when charged lepton correction is taken. This minimum $\theta_{12}$ is achievable only if CP violation is absent. We start with a new model which incorporates a new idea of mixing developed recently, called Bi-Large ...

A comment on the lepton mixing matrix [PDF]
A recent parameterisation scheme developed for the quark mixing matrix is shown to be easily applicable to the lepton mixing matrix as well.

Relating B_s Mixing and B_s -> mu+mu- with New Physics
We perform a study of the Standard Model (SM) fit to the mixing quantities $\Delta M_{B_s}$, and $\Delta \Gamma_{B_s}/\Delta M_{B_s}$ in order to bound contributions of New Physics to $B_s$ mixing.

Stable Bimaximal neutrino mixing pattern [PDF]
The neutrino oscillation experiments increasingly point towards a mixing pattern that can be parametrised with two near maximal and one small mixing angle. We investigate whether such a mixing pattern can be generated as a fixed point of renormalisation group evolution.

New mixing schemes for (3+1) neutrinos [PDF]
We propose new mixing schemes for (3+1) neutrinos which describe mixing among active-active and active-sterile neutrinos. The mixing matrix in these mixing schemes can be factored into a zeroth order flavor symmetric part and another part representing small perturbations needed for generating non-zero $U_{e3}$, nonmaximal $\theta_{23}$, CP violation ...

Mixing and CP Violation at the Tevatron [PDF]
Measurements of meson mixing and CP violation parameters obtained by the CDF and D0 experiments at the Fermilab Tevatron are presented. These include results on $B_s$ and $D$ meson mixing, and searches for CP violation in the decay $B^+ \to J/\psi K ...
