Linking Age‐Diversity Practices and Company Ratings Over Time: Evidence From Employer Reviews and a Longitudinal Experiment

open access: yesJournal of Organizational Behavior, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As global populations age, organizations face increasing pressure to support an age‐diverse workforce. Although age‐diversity practices have been shown to yield individual benefits, their temporal impact on broader evaluations of the organization such as employees' company ratings remains underexplored.

Effect of different light‐emitting diodes on vegetative cannabis growth and antioxidant activity

open access: yesJSFA reports, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Cannabis stands as one of the world's oldest plant sources for food and textile fiber. The study aimed to assess the impact of white LED (blue; 446 nm + amber; 595 nm + red; 653 nm), wide PC amber (595 nm), narrow amber (595 nm) + royal blue (430 nm) (NA + RB), and narrow amber (595 nm) + royal blue (430 nm) + cyan blue (485 nm) (NA

Image Vividness Changes due to White‐Boosting on WOLED Display

open access: yesJournal of the Society for Information Display, EarlyView.
White‐Boosting is a display technique for RGBW WOLED panels that increases peak brightness. This study investigated its effect on perceived image vividness using paired‐comparison experiments. Across three psychophysical experiments, higher White‐Boosting consistently enhanced perceived vividness.

Psychometric evaluation of the Continuous Traumatic Stress Response Scale under intensified national threat

open access: yesJournal of Traumatic Stress, EarlyView.
Abstract The Continuous Traumatic Stress Response Scale (CTSR) was developed to assess traumatic stress responses under ongoing threat. This study evaluated whether the original 11‐item, three‐factor CTSR structure retained psychometric support after the October 7, 2023, attacks and subsequent war in Israel.

The Multilevel Relational (MLR) Data Model

open access: yes, 1995
Many multilevel relational data models have been proposed, and different models offer different advantages. In this paper, we adapt and refine several of the best ideas from previous models and add new ideas to build the new Multilevel Relational (MLR ...

A validation of the International Grief Questionnaire with Clinical Checks (IGQ‐CC) in earthquake‐bereaved adults in Türkiye

open access: yesJournal of Traumatic Stress, EarlyView.
Abstract Assessment of prolonged grief disorder (PGD) often relies on self‐report measures, which may lead to false positives when normal grief reactions are interpreted as clinically relevant. This may result in unnecessary referrals and inflated prevalence estimates. The International Grief Questionnaire with clinical checks (IGQ‐CC) was developed to

Driving Mechanisms of Land Degradation Neutrality at the County Level and Zonal Strategies in the Yellow River's Key Ecological Region (Part II: Post‐Assessment Driver Analysis)

open access: yesLand Degradation &Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Achieving land degradation neutrality (LDN) is critical for sustainable socio‐ecological development; however, its practical implementation is often hindered by scale mismatches between assessments and administrative units, coupled with an over‐reliance on static drivers.

Quantifying coastal ocean anthropogenic carbon changes and their uncertainties

open access: yesLimnology and Oceanography: Methods, EarlyView.
Abstract Despite recent progress in quantifying anthropogenic carbon (Canth) in global oceans, coastal regions remain understudied due to methodological and observational challenges. Here, we develop and generalize a Regional rEgression–based Coastal Anthropogenic carbon estimation algorithm (RECA) designed specifically for coastal environments ...
