Prediction of Activities of BRAF (V600E) Inhibitors by SW-MLR and GA-MLR Methods
Current Computer-Aided Drug Design, 2017Quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) models could provide both statistical significance and useful chemical insights for drug design. The QSAR method has found applications for predicting diverse properties of organic compounds, including antiviral activities, toxicities and biological activities.

Science of The Total Environment, 2017
Cyanobacterial proliferation and toxin production in water bodies around the world have led to global concern about the control of these issues. Indigenous bacteria have been shown to degrade the cyanotoxin microcystin (MC) in natural environments. The mlr cluster has been widely used as a marker for microcystin biodegradation; however, recent studies ...

Trends and Plot Methods in MLR Studies
Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling, 2007Regression toward the mean effects are presented within the field of quantitative structure-activity relationship modeling and in situations in which multilinear regression techniques are considered for model building. The concept is related to the graphical aspect of some scatter plots (experimental vs fitted and fitted vs experimental values).

HL‐A Genotypes and MLR in Familial Sarcoidosis
Tissue Antigens, 1974Investigations of HL‐A genotypes and MLR reactivity were performed in two families with an increased frequency of sarcoidosis. No significant correlation between either HL‐A or MLR alleles and disease was demonstrated. Individuals possibly homozygous for MLR alleles were found in this material.

The multilevel relational (MLR) data model
ACM Transactions on Information and System Security, 1998Many multilevel relational models have been proposed; different models offer different advantages. In this paper, we adapt and refine several of the best ideas from previous models and add new ones to build the new Multilevel Relational (MLR) data model.

The mesencephalic locomotor region (MLR) in the rat
Brain Research, 1984These studies demonstrate the presence of the MLR in the rat brain. Controlled locomotion on a treadmill could be induced by low level stimulation (less than 50 microA) of an area in the posterior midbrain following a precollicular-prenigral brainstem transection.

MLR-R AND MLR-S GENE PRODUCTS ARE EXPRESSED ON DIFFERENT LYMPHOID CELLS
Transplantation, 1977The role of human B and T lymphocytes in the mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) was investigated using T- and B-enriched populations obtained either by centrifugation of E rosetting cells over a Ficoll-Isopaque gradient or after B or T cells had been killed by specific antihuman T lymphocyte antigen or antihuman B lymphocyte and monocyte antigen sera ...

The Journal of Immunology, 1982
Abstract The relative sensitivity of the MLR responses of freshly isolated human lymphocytes to Con A-induced suppressor cells (SC) was compared to that of lymphocytes that had been primed previously in vitro. Fresh and primed cells were suppressed 72 and 17%, respectively, when cultured under similar conditions (p less than 0.0005 ...

Building a multiple linear regression (MLR) model from data is one of the most challenging regression problems. The “final full model” will have response variable Y = t(Z), a constant x1, and predictor variables x2 = t2(w2, …, w r ), …, x p = t p (w2, …, w r ) where the initial data consists of Z, w2, …, w r .

MLR-induced inhibition of barosensory cells in the NTS
American Journal of Physiology-Heart and Circulatory Physiology, 2005A central motor command arising from the mesencephalic locomotor region (MLR) is widely believed to be one of the neural mechanisms that reset the baroreceptor reflex upward during exercise. The nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS), a dorsal medullary site that receives input from baroreceptors, may be the site where central command inhibits baroreceptor ...
