Prenatal dexamethasone exposure (PDE) persistently upregulates hepatic CYP3A1/CYP2B1 in offspring via glucocorticoid receptor (GR) activation. In vivo and in vitro studies show GR promotes P300/CBP binding to the constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) promoter, sustaining histone acetylation (H3K9/K27ac) and enhancing CYP expression. The GR–CAR pathway

Ad Hoc Mesh Network Localization Using Ultra-Wideband for Mobile Robotics
This article explores the implementation of high-accuracy GPS-denied ad hoc localization. Little research exists on ad hoc ultra-wideband-enabled localization systems with mobile and stationary nodes.

This study demonstrates that BNNT exposure disrupts lipid homeostasis in bronchial epithelial cell cultures and activates eicosanoid lipid biosynthesis, producing inflammatory lipid mediators like leukotrienes. These effects are more pronounced in asthmatic cell cultures compared to healthy ones.
