Software Architecture in Model Driven Architecture
2007 International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics, 2007The development of software architecture is complex due to the absence of a standard way that would lead the generation of software architecture artifacts. This paper proposes a method that would allow to derive the software architecture of any system based on its analysis model.

Companion to the 19th annual ACM SIGPLAN conference on Object-oriented programming systems, languages, and applications, 2004
Model Driven Architecture (MDA) is a technology that has been in the process of evolution for many years. We looked at this technology last year in a panel that raised the roof. Today, more vendors are now producing products that support MDA. And we still hear about the success stories that indicate that this technology is the "real deal".

2002
This paper offers an overview of the basic MDA terms and concepts and the relationships among them, with the latter expressed in terms of the UML, and also an outline of a proposed software development process that would leverage MDA. The article also discusses the idea of "accelerated" MDA, which involves using one metamodel to do mappings of ...

Modeling with Enriched Model-Driven Architecture
2008The objective is to produce an assistance tool to the GIS design adapted to a development process allowing rapid prototyping in analysis phase ensuring the knowledge capitalization. The Continuous Integration Unified Process method was conceived to allow the development according to the prototyping process during the analysis phase.

Architecture-Driven Modelling Methodologies
2011Classical software development methodologies take architectural issues as granted or pre-determined. They thus neglect the impact decisions for architecture have within the development process. This omission is applicable as long as we are considering monolithic systems. It cannot however been kept whenever we move to distributed systems.

Transformation in Model Driven Architecture
2016This article focuses on using of top level Model Driven Architecture (MDA) modelling and how automatic transformation to lower levels can be accomplished in information systems development. The primary aim of this work is to design a systems approach to Computer Independent Model (CIM)-Platform Independent Model (PIM) transformation in MDA.

Improving Model Driven Architecture with Requirements Models
Fifth International Conference on Information Technology: New Generations (itng 2008), 2008Model driven architecture (MDA) is a software development framework based on automatic transformations of models. The first of these models, the computation independent model (CIM), is used to define the business system, and it is usually represented with UML models.

Performance Models of Event-Driven Architectures
Companion of the ACM/SPEC International Conference on Performance Engineering, 2021Event-driven architecture (EDAs) improves scalability by combining stateless servers and asynchronous interactions. Models to predict the performance of pure EDA systems are relatively easy to make, systems with a combination of event-driven components and legacy components with blocking service requests (synchronous interactions) require special ...

Grammar-Specified Model-Driven Architectures
10th IEEE International Conference on Engineering of Complex Computer Systems (ICECCS'05), 2005Instead of UML diagrams, an alternative approach is using graph grammars according to G. Rozenberg (1997) to specify meta-models. With the capability of formally specifying syntax in a visual fashion, graph grammars have gained much attention in recent years.

Model Driven Architecture – An Industry Perspective
2004Model Driven Architecture (MDA) is an initiative of the Object Management Group (OMG) to promote an enhanced system development process based on the clear separation of application logic from the underlying platform technology and to generate software automatically from platform independent models, rather than relying on traditional largely manual code
