Diffeomorphism cohomology in quantum-field-theory models
Physical Review D, 1988We show that the cohomology of the Becchi-Rouet-Stora diffeomorphism operator on the integrated functions in ${\mathrm{R}}^{d}$ can be easily computed as a series whose terms contain the cohomology elements of the same operator on the unintegrated functions.

Recoil Model in Quantum Field Theory
Physical Review, 1962The static-source model is generalized to allow for the recoils and the mutual degrees of freedom of the source'' particles by adding to the Hamiltonian corresponding to the field and its sources the nonrelativistic Hamiltonian for the motion of the heavier particles. The resulting system can be quantized.

Renormalization of a model quantum field theory
American Journal of Physics, 1992Renormalization is the technique used to eliminate infinities that arise in quantum field theory. This paper shows how to renormalize a particularly simple model, in which a single mass counterterm of second order in the coupling constant suffices to cancel all divergences.

Scattering theory in a model of quantum fields. I
Journal of Mathematical Physics, 1973We study a model of quantum field theory with ``Yukawa-like'' interaction λ∫Φb+(x)Φb−(x)Φa(x)d x between nucleons (b) and mesons (a). It is a version of Nelson's model with relativistic kinematics and has been renormalized by J. P. Eckmann. The infinite mass renormalization is a power series in λ2, chosen in such a way as to confer on the renormalized ...

Quantum field theory Potts model
Journal of Mathematical Physics, 1978We consider a quantum field theory analog to the three states Potts model [R. B. Potts, Proc. Camb. Phil. Soc. 48, 106 (1952)] in two dimensions. Our model can be interpreted as a neutral vector model with discrete gauge symmetry. We prove the existence of the thermodynamic limit by using the lattice approximation and correlation inequalities.
