PICALM::MLLT10 translocated leukemia
This comprehensive review of PICALM::MLLT10 translocated acute leukemia provides an in‐depth review of the structure and function of CALM, AF10, and the fusion oncoprotein (1). The multifaceted molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis, including nucleocytoplasmic shuttling (2), epigenetic modifications (3), and disruption of endocytosis (4), are then ...

Joint-space adaptive control of a 6 DOF end-effector with closed-kinematic chain mechanism [PDF]
The development is presented for a joint-space adaptive scheme that controls the joint position of a six-degree-of-freedom (DOF) robot end-effector performing fine and precise motion within a very limited workspace.

Bone metastasis in prostate cancer (PCa) patients is a clinical hurdle due to the poor understanding of the supportive bone microenvironment. Here, we identify stearoyl‐CoA desaturase (SCD) as a tumor‐promoting enzyme and potential therapeutic target in bone metastatic PCa.

Higher Order Tracking Properties of Model Reference Adaptive Control Systems
It is well known that for a linear time-invariant plant whose transfer function has relative degree $n^*$ and stable zeros, a model reference adaptive control (MRAC) system ensures that the plant output $y(t)$ asymptotically tracks the output $y_m(t)$

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Performance Analysis of Non-linear Jacketed CSTR Based on Different Control Strategies [PDF]
This paper aims at finding the optimum controller for a jacketed Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) under non-ideal conditions. Various conventional control methods show poor response for non-linear processes. This paper outlines the design procedure

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Mechanisms of IgE‐mediated food allergy and the role of allergen‐specific B cells
Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.

Model reference adaptive vector control for induction motor without speed sensor
The wide applications of vector control improve the high-accuracy performance of alternating current (AC) adjustable speed system. In order to obverse the full-order flux and calculate the real-time speed, this article introduces the motor T equivalent ...

Stability and Performance Metrics for Adaptive Flight Control [PDF]
This paper addresses the problem of verifying adaptive control techniques for enabling safe flight in the presence of adverse conditions. Since the adaptive systems are non-linear by design, the existing control verification metrics are not applicable to
