Redirecting Excited‐State Proton Transfer Through Supramolecular Polymerization in Nanoconfinement
Supramolecular confinement redirects the excited‐state proton transfer pathway of an amphoteric emitter. In water, the molecule undergoes ESPD, whereas co‐assembly with γ‐cyclodextrin forms nanotubes that template slip‐stacked emitter pairs and enable ESIMPT. Structural and photophysical characterization of the assemblies shows that the preorganization

Finite cut-off JT and Liouville quantum gravities on the disk at one loop
Within the path integral formalism, we compute the disk partition functions of two dimensional Liouville and JT quantum gravity theories coupled to a matter CFT of central charge c, with cosmological constant Λ, in the limit c → −∞, |Λ| → ∞, for fixed Λ ...

Does gravity induce wavefunction collapse? An examination of Penrose's conjecture [PDF]
According to Penrose, the fundamental conflict between the superposition principle of quantum mechanics and the principle of general covariance of general relativity entails the existence of wavefunction collapse, e.g.

Concentric Rheostat Decoupled 3D Force‐Sensing Module for Smart Table Tennis Training
A 3D‐printed sensor array intrinsically decouples normal and shear forces through a unique concentric structural design. By integrating piezoresistive, sliding area‐varying capacitive, and concentric rheostat mechanisms, the 12‐sensor module achieves high‐resolution 3D force mapping without complex algorithms.

Light‐Activated Isolation of High‐Quality Mitochondria for Therapeutic Transplantation
The Light‐Activated Mitochondrial Isolation (LAMI) platform enables the selective and non‐destructive isolation of high‐purity, metabolically active mitochondria. By integrating modular, ligand‐programmable magnetic probes with photo‐cleavable release, LAMI overcomes long‐standing limitations of conventional isolation methods and provides a robust ...

Phenomenology of low quantum gravity scale models [PDF]
We study some phenomenological implications of models where the scale of quantum gravity effects lies much below the four-dimensional Planck scale. These models arise from M-theory vacua where either the internal space volume is large or the string coupling is very small.

Analogue gravity models of emergent gravity: lessons and pitfalls [PDF]
Analogue models of gravity have provided a test bed for many classical and quantum field theory effects in curve spacetime. Here we present a review of some relevant results towards their extension as toy models of emergent gravity scenarios.

A unified, reusable modeling pipeline enables task‐driven design of soft robots across actuator families and task scenarios. High‐fidelity simulations are compressed into compact pseudo‐rigid‐body joint surrogates, while a design‐conditioned meta‐model generates new surrogates from geometry parameters without rerunning finite element method.

Gravitational wavefunctions in JT supergravity
We determine explicit expressions for the continuous two-sided gravitational wavefunctions in supersymmetric versions of JT gravity, focusing mainly on N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 JT supergravity.

Ghost-free infinite derivative gravity
We present the construction of a gravitational action including an infinite series of higher derivative terms. The outcome is a classically consistent completion of a well-studied quadratic curvature theory.
