Thermoreflectance Detection of Point Defects Resulting from Focused Ion Beam Milling
Focused ion beam (FIB) milling is a common tool for nanoscale material processing, however irradiation damage, redeposition, and contamination can occur. We use several characterization tools to show FIB‐induced effects beyond 1 mm from the milled area.

QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF EGGS PACKED UNDER MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE
Eggs are perishable foods and lose quality quickly if not stored properly. From the moment of posture to the marketing of egg, quality loss occurs through gas exchange and water through the pores of the shell with the external environment and thus ...

MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE PACKAGING OF GRAPES [PDF]
Grapes ( Vitis vinifera L. cv. Thompson Seedless) were packed in low density (LDPE) and high density (HDPE) polyethylene bags (Bag size: 25×25 cm containing 300 g of fruit). LDPE and HDPE films had a thickness of 38.7 and 28.2 μm, water permeability of 960 and 720 g/m 2

Harnessing Fungal Biowelding for Constructing Mycelium‐Engineered Materials
Mycelium‐bound composites (MBCs) offer low‐carbon alternatives for construction, yet interfacial bonding remains a critical challenge. This review examines fungal biowelding as a biocompatible adhesive, elucidating mycelium‐mediated interfacial mechanisms and their role in material assembly. Strategies to optimize biowelding are discussed, highlighting
