A Portable Soft Robotic Glove with Fully Functional Thumb Assistance for Complex Dexterous Fine Motor Skills

A portable, sensorized, and controlled dexterous thumb‐enhanced glove helps stroke survivors swipe phones, twist caps, and perform other tasks. It is based on a powerful continuously, segmented origami dual chamber actuator to achieve active thumb CMC and MCP joint assistance and passively extend the IP joint.

Heat Stress Promotes Fibroblast‐Derived WNT5A Secretion Through m6A Modification to Activate Melanogenesis

Heat stress promotes WNT5A secretion from fibroblasts via METTL3/YTHDC1‐dependent m6A methylation. Subsequently, WNT5A binds to FZD10 on melanocytes, activating β‐catenin‐driven melanogenesis. Photo‐Gated Corona Microfluidics

Photo‐gated corona microfluidics decouples optical programming from electric‐field actuation to enable reconfigurable manipulation on open, electrode‐pattern‐free surfaces. Near‐infrared irradiation locally melts paraffin, creating a reversible charge‐relaxation pathway that reconstructs the electric field.
