Real‐Time Stress Visualization of Hydrogels Enabled by Supramolecularly Switched Stretch‐Induced Phase Separation

Supramolecular hydrogels enable real‐time visualization of mechanical stress through supramolecular switching mechanotransduction. Adamantane‐modified cellulose functions as a responsive domain that undergoes an on–off transition between hydrated and dehydrated states via reversible β‐cyclodextrin–adamantane complexation and decomplexation.

Targeting a Myeloid–Regulatory B Cell Network Reverses Immune Paralysis in Periprosthetic Joint Infections

Periprosthetic joint infection establishes a sophisticated immunosuppressive network between CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSCs and Bregs, inducing profound CD8+ T cell paralysis. Alendronate effectively disrupts this CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSC–Breg axis by targeting STAT3, thereby restoring local immune surveillance.

Neuron‐Derived MIF Engages VCAM1 to Fuel a Self‐Amplifying CXCL8 Loop That Drives Perineural Invasion and Metastasis in Gastric Cancer

Neuron‐derived MIF binds VCAM1 on gastric cancer cells and activates ERK/STAT3 signaling, leading to CXCL8 transcription and secretion.
