Integrated Chip Technologies for Microwave Photonics

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2019
Microwave photonic integrated chip technology is an important supporting technology of microwave photonic radar. It can not only realize the multifunction of devices, reduce the volume of microwave photonic radar, but also greatly improve the stability ...

Segregation of Multimodal Inputs Into Discrete Midbrain Compartments During an Early Critical Period

open access: yesFrontiers in Neural Circuits, 2022
The lateral cortex of the inferior colliculus (LCIC) is a multimodal subdivision of the midbrain inferior colliculus (IC) that plays a key role in sensory integration. The LCIC is compartmentally-organized, exhibiting a series of discontinuous patches or

A power switch open‐circuit fault‐tolerant scheme using dc current injection for dual active bridge converters in cascaded h‐bridge solid‐state transformer

open access: yesIET Power Electronics, 2023
Due to its excellent modularity and scalability, the cascaded H‐bridge solid‐state transformer (CHB SST) is a prominent candidate for interconnecting different grids in future hybrid ac/dc distribution systems.

DGS-Based Modules: Difficulty Aspects of Studying Geometry at University Level

open access: yesKreano: Jurnal Matematika Kreatif-Inovatif, 2022
This study aims to ensure that geometry is the most difficult subject to understand, aspects of the difficulty of learning geometry for students, and suggestions for reducing difficulties. This study uses an exploratory mixed methods design.

Polynomial Modules Over Macaulay Modules [PDF]

open access: yesCanadian Mathematical Bulletin, 1976
In [2] we introduced a concept of a Macaulay module over a right noetherian ring by saying that all associated primes of the module have the same codimension. That is to say that a module M over a right noetherian ring R is Macaulay if K dim R/P = K dim R/Q for all P, Q ∈ Ass M.

$D$-module and $F$-module length of local cohomology modules [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions of the American Mathematical Society, 2018
Let $R$ be a polynomial or power series ring over a field $k$. We study the length of local cohomology modules $H^j_I(R)$ in the category of $D$-modules and $F$-modules. We show that the $D$-module length of $H^j_I(R)$ is bounded by a polynomial in the degree of the generators of $I$.

Multiplication Modules [PDF]

open access: yesCanadian Mathematical Bulletin, 1979
All rings R considered here are commutative with identity and all the modules are unital right modules. As defined by Mehdi [6] a module MR is said to be a multiplication module if for every pair of submodules K and N of M, K ⊂ N implies K=NA for some ideal A of R. This concept generalizes the well known concept of a multiplication ring.

Weighted network modules [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
The inclusion of link weights into the analysis of network properties allows a deeper insight into the (often overlapping) modular structure of real-world webs.

Identifying component modules [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
A computer-based system for modelling component dependencies and identifying component modules is presented. A variation of the Dependency Structure Matrix (DSM) representation was used to model component dependencies.
