Differential modulation diversity
IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2002In this paper, differential modulation diversity (DMD) is introduced. This diversity scheme is based on diagonal signal constellations which have been previously proposed for differential space-time modulation (DSTM). DMD can exploit both space and time diversity and DSTM, which is a pure space-diversity scheme, results as a special case.

Modulation of Osteoclast Differentiation
Endocrine Reviews, 1992I. Introduction BONE is a complex tissue in which resorption and formation continue throughout life. This process is called bone remodeling. Osteotropic hormones such as 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1α,25(OH)2D3], PTH, and calcitonin preferentially modulate the process of bone resorption to maintain bone remodeling. The bone tissue contains various types

Universal problem for Kähler differentials in A-modules: Non-commutative and commutative cases [PDF]
Let A be an associative and unital K-algebra sheaf, where K is a commutative ring sheaf, and ε an (A, A)-bimodule, that is, a sheaf of (A, A)-bimodules.

A differential scheme for Spatial Modulation
2013 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM), 2013In this paper, by considering the case of two transmit antennas, we propose a novel approach for introducing differential signaling into Spatial Modulation (SM)/Space-Shift Keying (SSK) and thus develop a differential SM/SSK (DSM/DSSK) scheme, where neither the transmitter nor the receiver has access to channel state information.

Differential space-time modulation
WCNC. 1999 IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (Cat. No.99TH8466), 2000Summary: Space-time coding and modulation exploit the presence of multiple transmit antennas to improve performance on multipath radio channels. Thus far, most work on space-time coding has assumed that perfect channel estimates are available at the receiver.

Differential Quadrature Spatial Modulation
IEEE Transactions on Communications, 2017Quadrature spatial modulation (QSM) is a recent multiple input multiple output transmission scheme that attracted significant research interest. QSM expands the spatial constellation diagram of spatial modulation (SM) to enhance the overall spectral efficiency while retaining all SM inherent advantages.

Differential Subcarrier Index Modulation
IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2018One of the main challenges in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)–subcarrier index modulation (SIM) systems is the huge amount of resources required to obtain channel state information at the receiver side. In this paper, a differential subcarrier index modulation (DSIM) scheme is proposed, which entirely avoids the need for any channel ...

Differential Operators and Differential Modules
2003In this chapter k is a differential field such that its subfield of constants C is different from k and has characteristic 0. The skew (i.e., noncommutative) ring D :=k[∂] consists of all expressions L :=a n ∂ n + ⋯ + a1∂ + a0 dot with n ∈ Z, n ≥ 0 and all a i ∈ k. These elements L are called differential operators.
