The Biologically‐oriented Alveolar Ridge Preservation (BARP) is an innovative technique characterized by the stratification of different biomaterials (collagen sponge and xenograft) at intact and compromised sockets. In both groups, the hard and soft tissue modification (bone width, bone height, tissue profile, and hard tissue composition) was limited.
